Wish List
We are seeking a seasoned professional educator that has a degree in education and certifications. Our ideal candidate will be an extrovert that loves to teach through hands-on and play. If you have experience in early literacy skills such as from teaching kindergarten, that would be ideal. It is also very important that our educators are fun and engaged in learning in centers, stations, and play activities.
We are looking for a candidate that would also serve as a team leader with an understanding of curriculum, child development, creative center planning, attention to organization, safety, and customer service. They would give tours and lead staff in the absence of our director.
This position would be ideal for an educator who is desiring to leave the bureaucracy of public schools and wants to enjoy focusing on teaching. We have small class sizes, do not register children with behavioral needs that need extended support, and discourage taking home work.
