About Us
Castle Keeper is a premium property maintenance company serving Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and surrounding areas. We provide lawn care, landscaping, handyman services, home watch, and property management solutions for upscale residential clients.
We are seeking a dependable, experienced professional to help lead daily field operations and eventually become a key member of our management team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and is capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Drive company truck and enclosed trailer safely throughout daily routes
- Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment including:
- Zero-turn mowers
- Stand-on mowers
- Edgers
- String trimmers (weed eaters)
- Backpack blowers
- Assist with landscape installation projects
- Install mulch, plants, sod, rock, and irrigation components
- Perform basic handyman and property maintenance tasks
- Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained, fueled, and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Identify improvement opportunities at customer properties
- Prepare estimates and sell additional services when opportunities arise
- Assist with scheduling and route efficiency
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
RequirementsMust Have
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record
- Experience towing trailers
- Minimum 3 years of professional lawn care or landscaping experience
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment
- Experience with landscape installations
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Fluent English
Preferred
- Handyman experience
- Property maintenance experience
- Irrigation repair experience
- Ability to estimate landscape and maintenance projects
- Sales experience
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
Compensation Structure
