As our M&A pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for a Due Diligence, Onboarding & Integration Manager to play a critical, high‑visibility role at the center of that experience.
This isn’t a traditional operations or project management role.
It’s part strategist, part relationship builder, part problem solver—and yes, at times, part therapist.

In this role, you can expect to focus in the following areas:
Manage the initial due diligence request list and interview seller
Present initial due diligence request list and coordinate data gathering
Follow up with additional due diligence requests as needed
Distribute diligence gathered to Integration and M&A Teams
Summarize diligence findings CEO, COO, Head of M&A and other key staff as needed
Cross-Functional Leadership

Build something bigger: This is a key hire, with expectations for additional hires to follow as the team expands
Remote, nationwide search: We’re focused on finding the best talent—location is flexible
Not transactional work: You’ll be guiding advisors and their teams through a major life and business transition
The position typically requires the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field from an accredited university, Master’s Degree preferred
5-10 or more years proven success in the financial services industry in a similar role
Discipline and Focus: Highly organized, disciplined and detail oriented, practices maximum discretion and confidentiality.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Savant’s policies and practices.
Agility: Demonstrated ability in working with change in a highly dynamic, high stakes environment. Positive, proactive and action oriented in times of ambiguity. Unshakeable ease with navigating the complex.
Execution: Experience driving projects to completion, on time, on target and on budget with measurable results.
Communication: Ability to create effective written communications, design engaging presentations and facilitate programs in front of an executive audience. Must demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Influence: Ability to build trusting relationships with partners quickly.
Learner/Growth Mindset: Enjoys learning; is motivated to learn, improve and problem solve.
Team Player: Demonstrates a positive attitude, must be collaborative, team-oriented, transparent and willing to help others.

We take a market-based approach to compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for additional incentive compensation based on responsibilities and performance.
