We are currently looking to hire a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician and a Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. Position 1: Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician
Job Duties:
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools using approved tools and techniques
- Skim, brush, vacuum pools, and clean filters as needed
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Maintain accurate records of chemical readings and maintenance performed at each visit
- Report any issues or irregularities with pool equipment or water condition
- Drive to customer locations in company vehicle
- Complete daily logs, service records, and report service needs to management
- Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, timers, etc.) during routine maintenance to identify any potential issues
Position 2: Swimming Pool Service Technician
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, lights, timers, and automation systems
- Perform leak detection and plumbing repairs as needed
- Install and troubleshoot pool automation systems
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Educate customers on proper pool care and answer service-related questions
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure service calls are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure safety protocols and company procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications for Both Positions:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or pool service is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- U.S. work authorization
- Must be able to work full-time (minimum 40 hours/week), Monday through Friday; occasional Saturday work required due to weather delays
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment and handling physical tasks
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the office/worksite
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Friendly attitude and excellent customer service skills
