INTERIM CFO
Salary: $155,000 - $170,000

- Oversee and supervise work performed by the third-party accounting team, including month-end close and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Maintain and regularly update the organization's capital forecast
- Prepare and present financial results and analysis to the Board of Directors
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
- Advanced Excel skills preferred (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Real estate industry experience preferred
- Experience with Vantaca software is a plus
