Residential Cleaning Service...
Looking for an individual who is driven to help grow the business! Candidate would be performing residential cleaning duties as well as personal assistant duties to the owner. Owner is looking for a sidekick who shares the same core values (Work hard, get money). Simple. Must be able to properly handle client relations in a professional way when needed but not over. Candidate cannot be soft. Owner has no time for individual who cries when corrected- it is the service industry; you will get complaints from clients. Welcome to the real world. It's nothing to cry about- toughen up.
Looking for someone who is smart enough to take action without having to be babysat. Someone who knows how to start a washer without Google. Someone who can read a checklist and draw a simple checkmark AFTER completing the duties. Person needs to be able to physically keep up. Just because you clean your own house doesn't mean you can professionally clean- they are not the same. If you think saying "I clean houses like it is my own" is a plus, you're wrong and we don't want ya! You should be cleaning clients houses way better than you would clean your own.
If a cuss word makes you cry than this is not the job for you. Don't even waste the time. This job is not rainbows & butterflies. It can get grimy.
WILLING TO PAY UP TO $22/HR FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WHO CAN HANDLE SOME BACKLASH WITHOUT CALLING MOMMY.

This is not the job for you if:
- You can't be on your feet for 6+ hours
- You dont have common sense
- Never cleaned before

- You don't know how to do vacuum lines correctly

If you can handle an extremely physical and tiring training for 15 shifts; then this company will make it all worth your pain. Remember, pain is temporary.
