As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply San Antonio Distribution Center in Selma TX. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7 AM to 5:30PM until the work is done:

The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Pay: Starting at $21.25 an hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.

Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
- Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!

Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications
Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
