Customer Impact is a leading third-party retail merchandising company headquartered right here in College Station. We maintain a database of thousands of field representatives who perform merchandising work in stores all over the country on behalf of our clients. About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person to make outbound calls in support of our customer accounts, from our College Station office. Your main objectives will be: call retail locations to determine product availability, stock levels and generate orders while building and enhancing customer relationships.
This is a great opportunity for a student or early-career candidate who wants hands-on experience with account management, relationship building, and exposure to the inner workings of a growing business.
No prior sales experience is required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Call retail locations to build and enhance account relationship
- Determine product availability, stock levels and generate product orders and update store information
- Document information obtained on calls in to customer account database
- Reach out to potential field reps to explain the opportunity, gauge interest, and guide them through sign-up
- Share ideas for improving outreach and results
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Friendly and able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with strong initiative
- Organized and able to work independently
- Interested in gaining sales and business experience — no prior experience needed
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours within our office hours of Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
