How Our Pay Works
We use a performance-based pay model, which means your earnings are tied directly to your output — not a capped hourly rate. Cleaners who are efficient and reliable consistently earn $800–$1,000 per week ($20–$24/hr equivalent), paid every week.

What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize residential homes and commercial spaces to Golden Rule standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub bathrooms, and wipe down kitchens and surfaces
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Drive between job sites within the Springfield, IL area
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license
- Smartphone required (used for scheduling, checklists, and client communication)
- Ability to pass a background check (required before start)
- Physical stamina: ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and remain active throughout your shift
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent, dependable work ethic
- No prior cleaning experience required — full paid training provided
