As an LPN at Charter Senior Living, you are a key clinical support provider for our residents in Assisted Living. You will deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care, helping ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while fostering a calm and supportive environment.
Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Document nursing services and resident responses clearly
Collaborate with caregivers and leadership to support resident needs
Provide care with patience, compassion, and professionalism
Active LPN license in the applicable state
Assisted Living experience preferred
Ability to work our 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) (7p-7a)
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
