EXPERIENCED INSTALLER/CARPENTER - IN-HOME CLOSETS AND ORGANIZATIONAL SPACES (South Charlotte)
National company is seeking a full-time closet/cabinet installation employee to grow with the business. Family oriented and positive atmosphere. Proficiency in trim/finish carpentry is a must; closet installation experience a plus. All tools provided. Advancement opportunities. $25 - $30+ per hour base, depending on experience, annual compensation $50K - $60K per year plus overtime & benefits.
Duties
- Conduct in-home installation of company products;
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Maintain warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion;
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion;
- Perform other duties as needed when not on installation job.
Qualifications
- Must know how to operate a miter saw and table saw; measure, cut & install crown molding, base molding, etc.
- Ability to read plans;
- Self-motivated, organized, punctual;
- High attention to details;
- Strong problem solving abilities;
- Attention to neat, clean appearance;
- Willingness to learn;
- Valid drivers license;
- Clean driving record, background check, drug test;
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English fluently;
- Ability to lift over 40 pounds.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
