The Opportunity: Outside Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive our Tire Shop Development in Orange County. If you have experience as a Tire Technician, Service Advisor, or in Automotive Parts Sales, this is the perfect transition into a professional field sales career.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Field Engagement: Visit local tire shops daily to introduce and promote our industry-leading TPMS solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term B2B relationships with shop owners and technicians.
- Product Demos: Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and provide basic technical guidance (full training provided).
- Market Insight: Gather customer feedback and track local market trends to help shape our regional strategy.
Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required).
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Tire Service, Auto Parts, or Automotive Repair (Tire Technician, Parts Counter, or Service Advisor background is highly preferred).
- Mindset: A resilient self-starter who enjoys being "on the road" and meeting new people daily.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned California territory (up to 75%).
