We’re looking for Production Team Members to join our team at our Brattleboro facility. If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a close-knit team, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role in a busy food production environment where every day is a little different. You’ll be part of the team that helps make our granola from start to finish.
You will help with:
- Mixing, baking, packaging, and boxing granola
- Operating equipment like mixers, ovens, fillers, and dishwashers (training provided!)
- Moving ingredients and finished product throughout the facility
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and food-safe
- Working together with your team to keep production running smoothly
What to Expect Day-to-Day
This is an active, physical job where you’ll be on your feet most of the day and moving around a lot. Tasks may include:
- Lifting bags up to 60 lbs
- Pushing and pulling carts and racks up to 350 lbs (on wheels)
- Lifting ingredient buckets up to 22 lbs
- Bending, reaching, and switching between tasks throughout your shift
Don’t worry — we provide full training and support. Our goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable in every part of the role.
Training & Support
We offer a 90-day training program where you’ll learn everything step-by-step with the help of experienced team members. No previous food production experience is required — just a willingness to learn and be part of the team.

- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
