Role Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team and provide psychiatric care to residents in assisted living communities. This role involves a combination of in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations. We prefer candidates who have an established outpatient clinic or private practice, as this role is designed to complement your existing schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage psychiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities

Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations

Collaborate with our care team including PMHNPs, primary care providers, and facility staff

Participate in case reviews and care coordination

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

MD or DO with active California medical license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Preference for candidates with an established clinic or private practice

Active DEA license

Medicare credentialing preferred

Experience working in outpatient or senior care settings

Compensation Annual compensation range: $218,000 – $265,000, based on experience and level of involvement. This is a 1099 independent contractor role and does not require full-time commitment.
