Job Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check tickets, wristbands, and event credentials.
- Direct guests to event areas, seating, restrooms, and exits.
- Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly guest flow.
- Monitor entrances and exits throughout events.
- Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing venue policies.
- Communicate effectively with security, event staff, and management.
- Help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night events.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or event experience is a plus but not required.
