8 Mile Collision & Fiberglass is looking for an experienced Auto Body & Paint Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated combo technician who can handle both body work and paint from start to finish.
Requirements
- 10+ years of collision repair experience
- Must have your own tools
- Experience with:
- Body repair
- Panel replacement
- Prep work
- Blocking/sanding
- Paint and refinishing
- Buffing/detailing
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Valid driver’s license
- I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Complete repairs according to industry standards
- Perform body work and paint work on a variety of vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Work with team to meet production deadlines
- Ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly
