About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Precision Tooling Specialist to drive manufacturing excellence by engineering, fabricating, and maintaining high-performance tooling systems. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure our production equipment operates at peak efficiency, directly impacting the quality and consistency of our output.
Responsibilities-
Design, fabricate, and perform complex repairs on dies, jigs, fixtures, and extrusion tooling to meet rigorous engineering specifications.

Execute precise CNC programming and machine operation, including Wire EDM and multi-axis milling, to achieve tight tolerances.

Utilize advanced hand metrology and precision measuring instruments to verify component accuracy and performance.

Optimize toolroom workflows by maintaining an organized environment and adhering to established Quality Management Systems.

Mentor junior shop personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical skill development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
Qualifications-
Formal technical training in machine tool technology or equivalent professional experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics.

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in manual and CNC machining environments.

Proven ability to utilize G-Code and M-Code for effective machine programming and setup.

Commitment to workplace safety standards and reliable attendance.

Four or more years of experience in tool and die making or precision machining.

Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software for complex tool design.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills for solving intricate manufacturing challenges.

Experience with 3-4 axis VMC and CNC lathe operation.
