Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the banking location, including lobbies, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as directed by post orders.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, support access control practices, and document unusual observations.

Communicate with branch personnel, visitors, and first responders when needed, and complete required reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and/or policy violations.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
