Full Job Description
We are searching for a Warehouse / Production Associate to join our Production Team!
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:15 am - 4:30 pm with overtime as needed
SUMMARY
This dual role floats between warehouse work including packing, banding, palletizing, and forklift to plastic fabricating, bending, and edge finishing.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse raw materials and finished goods.
- Prepare and document accurate shipping specifications.
- Operate forklift transferring pallets of raw material and finished goods.
- Communicate with production manager regarding workflow and order fulfilment.
- Work in production area performing various tasks including forming, bending, edge finishing, and peeling.
- Material handing of plastic components supplied to various production areas and warehouse.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
