A San Jose-based manufacturer, is presently hiring a Production Supervisor.
- Packaging experience onto cardboard and pallet
- Must be able to work well with others in a fast paced environment.
- Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
- Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
- Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
- Minimum experience required 1-2 years.
- Drive Forklift effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
