Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Caregiver with flexible hours to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes, supporting their daily activities and promoting their well-being. Your energy, attention to detail, and caring nature will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health or behavior
- Support medication reminders by following care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or in assisted living environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle mobility aids effectively
- Strong communication skills for working with patients and families
- Familiarity with care plans, medication reminders, and vital signs documentation
- Compassionate caregiver with a passion for senior care, home health, hospice care, or long-term support
- Prior experience in nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly valued
Pay: $22.51 - $27.11 per hour
