About Spearhead Health
Spearhead Health supports individuals and families navigating complex mental health, substance use, recovery, treatment placement, care management, intervention, and companion-related needs. We work closely with families, treatment providers, clinicians, consultants, and other professionals to help create thoughtful plans of support during challenging and often high-stakes situations.
About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Outreach and Partnerships Manager to help Spearhead Health continue building strong, trusted relationships with referral sources across key markets.
This person will help identify, develop, and maintain relationships with treatment programs, therapists, psychiatrists, interventionists, consultants, family office professionals, and other aligned providers.
This is a relationship-driven role, not a high-pressure sales position. The right candidate should be able to represent Spearhead Health with professionalism, warmth, good judgment, and credibility.
The role may begin as a three-month contractor trial, with the possibility of continuing or expanding based on fit and performance.

- Build relationships with treatment programs, clinicians, consultants, and other aligned providers
- Tour and vet programs when appropriate
- Identify relevant conferences, events, and networking opportunities
- Schedule meetings for Spearhead leadership when appropriate
- Keep outreach notes, contact records, and activity tracking up to date in Spearhead’s CRM
- Develop a weekly recap document and meeting rhythm with leadership summarizing both quantitative activity, such as calls, meetings, and tours, and qualitative progress, such as relationship development, market opportunities, and judgment calls
- Help expand Spearhead’s presence in key markets
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in behavioral health, substance use, treatment, intervention, family support, private client services, or a related field
- Existing professional relationships in the field preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable making calls and initiating professional relationships
- Able to represent Spearhead thoughtfully and professionally
- Organized and consistent with tracking activity
- Good judgment around sensitive family and clinical situations
- Experience using CRM software preferred
- Experience with Airtable is a plus
- College degree preferred, but not required
Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
