Barista
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated team member to join our café. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for every guest.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Coffee knowledge and barista experience are a plus, including familiarity with espresso preparation and various brewing methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect positively with customers and collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail during busy shifts.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Passion for hospitality, quality products, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
