Part-Time Medical Receptionist
Pediatric Associates of Franklin is seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income while maintaining a flexible schedule.
We are looking for an individual who can work 1-2 days per week, including Saturdays, and who is willing to pick up additional shifts to help cover vacations and staff absences when needed.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting patient payments and processing transactions
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Assisting families with questions and requests
- Maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment
- Supporting providers and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Schedule
- 1-2 days per week
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Additional hours may be available based on vacation coverage and staffing needs
Experience
Previous medical office experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
