Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage client communications
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle financial transactions
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
- Support the medical team by ensuring smooth work flow at the front desk
- Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in customer support and client services
- Skilled in data entry and phone etiquette

- Ability to handle cash and perform outbound calling
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
