The Clapping Monkey House of Coffee is a locally queer-owned, pop-and-pop coffee shop in Fridley built around great coffee, food, hospitality, creativity, and community. We're hiring part-time Baristas to help create a welcoming place where people can comfortably be themselves.
This is a hands-on role that includes preparing beverages and food, guest service, register, stocking, dishes, cleaning, prep, and opening and closing duties as assigned. Coffee experience is helpful but not required.

Willingness to help with the full range of coffee shop work, including food, drinks, dishes, cleaning, and stocking

Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs
$11.50/hour + tips when scheduled as a Barista

Shifts may range from approximately 2.5 to 8 hours.
