MB is hiring sales agents to support a national home equity finance partner. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners who've expressed interest in accessing the value of their property, introduce them to the partner's program, and determine whether they qualify. For qualified homeowners, you'll complete an application on their behalf and hand it off for the partner to finalize. It's a consultative, education-driven conversation with a cautious audience — clarity and trust matter more than pressure. Strong performers grow into expanded responsibilities over time, with earning potential that increases as they advance.
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners and deliver a clear, professional introduction to the program
- Explain how the partner's offering works and answer initial questions
- Assess eligibility against partner qualification criteria
- Accurately complete applications on behalf of qualified homeowners
- Meet daily and monthly conversion and quality targets
- Maintain accurate call records, notes, and dispositions in the CRM
- Follow all compliance and call-handling standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years in phone sales, retention, or a call center environment
- Comfortable discussing financial topics with a conservative customer base
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Coachable — applies feedback quickly and consistently
- Reliable attendance and full-shift consistency
- Consumer finance, mortgage, insurance, or warranty background a plus
