Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to alcohol service regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment
