Lead inventory management, purchasing, and material planning for bottling components to ensure production requirements are met.

Supervise the Materials team, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Partner with production scheduling, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate material availability, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory within System 21.

Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and capital projects that improve department efficiency and productivity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication regarding inventory and material movements.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of materials management, inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience.

Previous people management or supervisory experience.

Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.

MBA.

Experience within the beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol beverage industry.

Experience managing employees in a union manufacturing environment.
