Overview
We are looking for a strong, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager or Bar Manager to join our growing team.
This role is for someone who genuinely loves restaurants, bars, people, and the art of hospitality. We are looking for a leader who is hands-on, organized, committed, and excited to be part of building something special.
The ideal candidate is passionate about guest experience, team development, beverage and service standards, and creating memorable nights. They should be comfortable leading by example, supporting daily operations, and helping drive a culture of warmth, professionalism, and fun.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in a quality hospitality environment
- Strong floor presence and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and service standards
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and staff development is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Salary: $85,000
