Assistant Store Manager – Sedonuts & Coffee
Born in Sedona, we’ve built our name on fresh-made donuts, high-quality coffee and an experience customers come back for—and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering that standard every day.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating a strong guest experience while keeping the day to day store operations running smoothly.
You’ll lead the shift during store hours 6:00am-Noon. Keep operations structured and ensure quality products and consistency that define Sedonuts.

What You’ll Lead
Guest Experience
- Set the tone for a friendly, upbeat, and efficient experience
- Keep the line moving while making guests feel taken care of
- Support the team in delivering fast, consistent service
Product & Presentation
- Ensure donuts are fresh, stocked, and presented well
- Ensure drinks are made consistently and served correctly
- Maintain a clean, full, visually strong display
- Take pride in how the product looks and is delivered
Shift Leadership
- Lead the team during shifts and busy periods
- Keep the team moving with positivity, purpose and awareness
- Maintain flow, speed, and accuracy
- Open and close the store according to procedures
Operations & Details
- Follow cash handling procedures and support daily accuracy
- Complete opening/closing tasks and daily routines
- Communicate clearly with owners
- Help keep operations consistent and organized
- Reinforce expectations and standards keeping the team aligned
- Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Follow daily systems and routines

- Experience in a leadership role in hospitality, food service, or retail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Onboarding & Evaluation
Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 30–60 days of hire)
This role will begin with a 60-day onboarding and evaluation period. This is a working period where you’ll learn our standards, systems, and expectations while actively leading shifts.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
