Extended Stay Airport is a welcoming and well-established hotel known for providing outstanding guest experiences. We’re currently seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our property running smoothly and looking great.
Position Overview:
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for general upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance across the hotel. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that all equipment, systems, and facilities are in top condition, helping create a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests and maintenance issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and equipment
- Assist with renovation projects and seasonal preparations (e.g., pool opening/closing, weatherproofing)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general maintenance or building operations (hotel experience a plus)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work some weekends and be on-call for emergencies

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
