ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Iris Lopez Insurance Agency, Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and to our customers’ success. You help our agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the appropriate agency departments. You support customers by proactively marketing and servicing relevant insurance products and services (as permitted by your role, licensing, and training requirements).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services (as permitted by your role, licensing, and training requirements).
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Follow up on customer requests and keep customers updated on next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities.
- Coordinate customer needs with the appropriate agency departments to support smooth service.
- Proactively market and service relevant insurance products and services (as permitted by your role, licensing, and training requirements).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Licensing:
- Must be appropriately licensed/qualified to perform role-related insurance activities in Florida, or be willing to obtain required licensing/appointments within the required timeframes as part of the role.
