GreatLakes Equipment is seeking a motivated, dependable, and versatile team member to join our growing team. This hybrid position offers a variety of hands-on responsibilities, including:
- Equipment repair and maintenance
- Equipment setup and assembly
- Delivery driving and transportation
- General facility and property maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, building upkeep, etc.)
No two days are the same in this role. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and contributes positively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to safely tow and transport equipment using a pickup truck and trailer (gooseneck, tilt-back, and enclosed trailers)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience operating tractors, zero-turn mowers, and equipment attachments is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime.
