Job Overview
We are a PT owned company looking for a PTA to help with our growing caseload in Prince William and the surrounding counties. This is a contract position with a growing caseload that would be great as a part time/second source of income that has the potential to grow to fill your schedule. The PTA will receive referrals from the PT following evaluations and will have full autonomy for scheduling and completing their visits at the designated weekly frequency. Notes will be completed in Well Sky which has an AI scribe to assist with documentation making it much easier to complete the note in the home with the patient, meaning you won’t have to bring notes home later. Home Health experience is preferred but not required for this position and training would be provided for a PTA looking to get into Home Health for the first time.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the treatment of all referrals accepted.
- Prompt response to referrals.
- Conference with supervising PT for patient treatment plan, patient care, and any irregularities that arise.
- Schedule their visits.
- Complete their invoice.
- Complete all documentation within 24 hours of visit
Experience
- Previous home health experience preferred but not required.
- Must have an active VA PTA license
- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
Interviews would preferably be done in person but virtual options are also available.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
