We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Content Coordinator to help bring our brand to life online.
We're seeking someone who has a strong eye for photography and design, enjoys creating engaging content, and understands how to build community through social media. You'll help showcase our thoughtfully curated products, special events, cooking classes, wedding registry program, and the everyday magic that happens in our store.
What You'll Do:
- You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop creative content that supports larger campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and blog
- Photograph and style products, and in-store moments
- Film and edit Reels and short-form videos
- Write captions, social media, and blog copy that reflect the i Leoni voice
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
- Promote store events, seasonal launches, and special promotions
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as needed
- Stay current on social media trends while maintaining our distinctive brand aesthetic
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing social media for a brand or small business a plus
- Strong photography, styling, and basic video editing skills
- Excellent writing and communication abilities
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with our team
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe, Instagram, Facebook, and scheduling platforms
- A passion for cooking, entertaining, home design, or specialty retail is a big plus
Position Details:
- Part-time position with flexible hours
- Primarily on-site in Petaluma to capture content in the store
- Additional remote work for planning, editing, and scheduling
