Compensation: $26–$35/hour (depending on experience)

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll help patients regain strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
At FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, you'll work alongside experienced Physical Therapists in a collaborative outpatient setting where you'll be encouraged to learn, grow, and advance your career.

- Average of 12 patients per day
- One-on-one 40-minute treatment sessions
- Orthopedic, Vestibular, Balance & Neurological rehabilitation

- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist
- Complete timely documentation using AI-assisted technology
- Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient rehabilitation and patient-centered care
- Team-oriented mindset
