We are seeking an experienced A/C Technician to support our maintenance team and ensure our properties operate efficiently year-round.
Position Summary
The A/C Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems across multiple apartment units and common areas. This role is critical to resident comfort and requires strong technical skills, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Install new air conditioning systems, including split systems and unit replacements in apartments
- Remove and replace old or defective HVAC equipment
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in apartment units
- Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment
- Respond to resident service requests and work orders promptly
- Install and replace components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters
- Ensure systems run efficiently and meet safety standards
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain service records and parts inventory
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years HVAC/A/C experience
- EPA Certification required
- Proven HVAC installation experience
- Experience in multi-family housing preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
