Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
Position Overview
On Point Supported Living is seeking reliable, caring, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Idaho Falls, ID. DSPs play an essential role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by helping them build skills, maintain independence, and lead meaningful lives.
This position consists of 12-hour shifts, with schedules that may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
About Our Program
On Point Supported Living provides services through the Residential Habilitation Program, which supports individuals approved for Idaho’s Developmental Disability Waiver. Services are tailored to each person's needs and may range from a few hours per week to 24-hour care.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured, and registered vehicle
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $12.00 – $14.00, depending on experience
- Overtime pay available: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour for hours worked beyond 40 each week
- Bi-weekly pay
- Mileage reimbursement for client transportation
