Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Program Analyst. Individual will play a role in providing Program Management support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Individual will support all aspects of planning, scheduling, tracking, analyzing, reporting, and coordinating a variety of technical, cost, and schedule performance and administrative support functions related to program management.
Responsibilities
Individual will develop standard procedures, analysis, and report formats to help develop budgets, cost and resource estimates, schedules, plans, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports for programs. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Review, validate, and reconcile contractor invoices against obligated funding, negotiated values, and contract terms to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Track and monitor financial obligations, expenditures, and remaining balances across multiple task orders and contract vehicles
- Prepare, process, and monitor new and modified task orders throughout the contract lifecycle, from initiation through closeout
- Develop and maintain Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and site-specific cost estimates to support acquisition planning and budget formulation
- Track contract deliverables, milestones, and performance standards to ensure contractor compliance with statement of work requirements
- Support the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in day-to-day contract administration and reporting activities
- Maintain contract documentation including modifications, correspondence, status reports, and audit trails in accordance with federal recordkeeping requirements
- Analyze expenditure patterns and forecast future burn rates to support proactive funding actions and prevent over-obligation
Education: Bachelors Degree in Management, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Individual should possess a minimum of 6 years related experience in program management.
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and associated contract administration requirements
- Experience with the FAA in support of strategic plans and program performance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial tracking and reconciliation using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or agency financial management systems
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to use information technology to solve business problems.
- Strong data analysis, program evaluation and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Excellent presentation skills
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
