As a Sr. Technical Product Manager (TPM) on SNAP Resupply, you’ll turn product strategy into shipped capabilities that reduce touches per order and shorten cycle time from patient intent to fulfillment readiness. You’ll own the work that moves the numbers automation rate, exception rate by delivering resilient, auditable workflows that customers love. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Compliance, Services, and Customers to define problems, write crisp requirements, workflow delivery, and prove impact with data.
