Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service during breakfast hours
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or serving stations, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented
- Assist with food preparation, including replenishing food items and maintaining cleanliness of serving areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of food items at all times
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and manage waste to uphold cleanliness standards throughout service
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Experience serving food in restaurants, banquets, or catering settings preferred
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and food industry standards
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as needed for breakfast service
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues
