Job Overview
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support greenhouse for all duties to maintain and harvest agriculture products
- Participate in pest management and disease control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve cultivation goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality plants.
Requirement:
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for 8 hours + per day/shift. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 or over
- Must have the ability to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
