We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong Texas law expertise to join our on-site team. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in-office.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Lead & Support the Team

Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals
- Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team
Discovery & Case Strategy

Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch
- Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law
Legal Drafting
-
Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts
- Draft motions, including motions to compel
Jury Charge Development
-
Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy
- Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements
Evidence & Case Management
-
Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned
Trial Preparation

Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial
- Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials
Deadline Management

Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings
What We’re Looking For
Experience:

5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal
- Strong background in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law
Expertise:

Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting
- Experience developing case strategies from the ground up
Skills:

Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
Leadership:

Ability to train, guide, and support junior team members
