Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the position to include, but not limited to:
- Perform advanced accounting work in a manufacturing environment
- Examine, verify, and code entries for distribution to accounts
- Trace and adjust errors, omissions, double entries, etc.
- Perform duties related to monthly close – posting journal entries, bank reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements for all divisions
- Maintain accounting records, process weekly payroll and 401k
- Assist with completion of financial statements and audits
- Allocate work to and instruct Accounting Clerk assigned to their section
- May assist with analysis work and make recommendations among other duties
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
