Core Duties-
Manage and organize the everyday tasks performed by the welding department.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by upholding industry regulations.

Review welding output quality and execute necessary improvements to ensure excellence.

Support the growth and efficiency of the team by offering mentorship and training.

Work alongside project managers to ensure all specifications are met within established timeframes.

Manage the stock of welding materials and tools to ensure the team has what they need to succeed.

Perform routine evaluations and checks on all welding machinery and procedures.

Draft summaries regarding operational performance to share with leadership.
Required Skills and Experience-
Demonstrated history of success in a manufacturing-based Welding Supervisor position.

Deep understanding of various welding materials, tools, and methodologies.

Effective leadership and personnel management capabilities.

Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical schematics and blueprints.

Strong analytical abilities to resolve issues and maintain high standards of precision.

Clear communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.

Professional welding credentials, such as AWS or ASME, are considered an asset.

Completion of high school or equivalent, with additional training in welding technology viewed favorably.
