Overview
Cardinal Chevrolet is looking for a dependable and hardworking Detail Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy making vehicles look their best, and have a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
As a Detail Technician, you'll play an important role in preparing vehicles for delivery, maintaining our inventory, and helping ensure every customer receives their vehicle in exceptional condition.
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and detail new, used, and customer vehicles.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors.
- Clean windows, wheels, tires, and exterior trim.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before delivery.
- Move vehicles safely around the dealership lot.
- Keep the detail department clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Assist with lot appearance and vehicle organization as needed.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
- Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions throughout the day.
