Service Technician
Function:
Repairs and reconditions customer’s machines and reconditions used equipment for resale by the dealership. Pre-delivers new equipment; maintains and operates shop’s machine tools and equipment.
Duties:
- Recondition and repair equipment as assigned/as needed.
- Perform set-up and pre-delivery on new equipment.
- Diagnose trouble and plan method and sequence of performing work required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Account for all time on time card and for all material used in performing assignments.
- Work with service manager in fulfillment of responsibilities of the department.
- Promote customer loyalty and goodwill.
- Completes other duties as assigned by service manager.
Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
