Concrete Pump Operator Trainee
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team. No experience is required—we’re willing to train the right person from the ground up.
Pay
- Starting wage: $20.00/hour during training.
- 15-40 hours a week.
- Once you’ve completed training and are able to safely and independently operate a truck, you’ll transition to commission-based pay, with excellent earning potential.Schedule
- This is not a typical Monday–Friday job. Work is based on customer demand, and schedules vary.
- You can expect to complete approximately 5–15 jobs per week, including weekends when needed.
- Start times and finish times vary depending on the day’s jobs.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop every day.
- Must be dependable and willing to learn.
- Must be able to perform physical work and work in all weather conditions.
- You are required to report to the shop every day and drive the company truck to and from each job. Returning the truck to the shop at the end of the day is required.
