Everguard Painting Inc is a licensed C-33 painting and roofing contractor (License #1152490) based in Santa Clara, serving residential and commercial clients across the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. We are a growing, professional company that invests in our crew and promotes from within.
We are looking for a motivated entry-level helper to join our painting crew. No experience is required — we will train you. You will work alongside our field lead and experienced painters, learning surface prep, masking, patching, and painting techniques on real job sites. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled trade from the ground up, with a clear path to becoming a full painter and, eventually, a foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Assist painters with surface preparation: sanding, patching, caulking, and masking
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized throughout the day
- Learn brushing, rolling, and spraying techniques under supervision
- Support the crew with setup and breakdown of ladders, scaffolding, and drop cloths
- Follow all safety procedures and site rules
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle — job sites vary daily across the Bay Area, so you must be able to drive yourself to work (this is a must)
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Willingness to learn — no prior experience necessary; we provide training
- Comfortable with physical work: heights, lifting 50+ lbs, and outdoor work in various weather
- Dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
Preferred:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean)
- Any prior construction, painting, or general labor exposure (a plus, not required)
